ONEDIGITAL ACQUIRES MP WIRED FOR HR

NAPEO member OneDigital has acquired MP Wired for HR (MP), a Massachusetts-based payroll and human capital management technology firm delivering integrated HR services. The acquisition brings MP’s payroll systems, HR technology and compliance advisory services into OneDigital’s broader offering of benefits, financial services and workforce consulting. “Ultimately, we decided to partner with OneDigital because in addition to their culture and values being closely aligned with MP, we believe their platform offers value to our clients,” said Jason Maxwell, founder and chief executive officer of MP.
