G&A PARTNERS RELEASES SMB READINESS REPORT

NAPEO member G&A Partners has released its 2026 SMB Readiness Report, which finds that small and medium-sized business leaders remain cautiously optimistic about the future. While many companies plan to freeze hiring or reduce their workforce over the next year, they also expect to invest in better benefits and healthcare (41%), expand hiring efforts (40%), increase compensation (34%) and allocate or reallocate resources to compliance, HR and risk management (28%).
