JUSTWORKS RELEASES REPORT ON SMALL BUSINESS BENEFITS GAP

NAPEO member Justworks has released a report examining how small-business decision-makers and workers view health benefits and why the gap between employee expectations and employer offerings is widening. The report found that 89% of decision-makers believe it is important to offer employees more choice in their health coverage, while 86% of employees say flexibility in choosing a health insurance provider is important when evaluating a job offer, underscoring growing demand for more flexible benefits solutions.
